SETIPI

Setareh Dejamkhooy and Sepideh Sadeh are the co-founders of Setipi. Setareh’s background in interior design and Sepideh’s background in graphic design combined with their passion of protecting the environment, gave rise to Setipi and the end product is nothing short of a labour of love. They began their work by designing and producing handbags from reclaimed inner tubes of vehicles and bikes. They have since expanded their range to include briefcases, messenger bags, backpacks as well as jewelry accessories and furniture.
Before production begins, they collect their material from disposal garages around the country, industrially clean and polish it and it is only then that the design and production begins. Each tube typically has unique patterns and stamps that are diligently used to better the design of each piece.
