“Arch and Rug”
This collection, inspired by the idea of making a connection between rugs and architecture.
Pieces in this collection are designed based on four ancient Iranian monuments, which are all related to rugs in a way: Taq-e Bostan, Taq-e Kasra, Ali-Qapu and Talar-e Qandil. The rug patterns on each piece is related to the rugs from the region the monument is based in.
The earrings and necklaces are two-sided. One side shows the rug pattern and the other is a mirror which is created based on the motifs associated with the monuments or rugs. The ring has a silver arch.
