Shipping (Taxes & Duty)

Taxes and duties are not included in the product or shipping prices. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Exchange

Exchanges and store credits are accepted (only Clothing) within 7 days of the date the order was received. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. *All orders of Jewelries/Handbags/Purses/accessoriues are final sale and cannot be returned, please read product descriptions carefully and inspect all images.

To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Store Credit (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a confirmation email will be send to you for the credit. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exhcanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
